Rose Onion commonly known as ‘Pink Garva onions’ which hold a special place in export preferences. Renowned for their elevated dry substance and distinctive appeal with 2-3 layers of skins, these onions stand as a coveted choice

Procured From:
We source our export-grade onions predominantly from the verdant landscapes of Nasik and its surroundings. Notably, Lasalgaon, Pimpalgaon, Vinchur, and Manmad, the four flourishing local places within Nasik and they are renowned for producing onions of exceptional export quality. Our direct procurement from local farmers in these regions ensures the freshness and premium standards of our produce. Additionally, our procurement from the largest syndicate in the Lasalgaon, the ‘APMC’ syndicate, further reinforces our commitment to delivering top-quality onions to our valued customers.
Grading Process:
After meticulous procurement from both farmers and the APMC Syndicate, our onions will be transported securely to our dedicated warehouse in Nasik, via tractor and other supporting vehicles.
Here, our grading process ensues, focusing on four distinct categories:
- Fungus free
- Sprout – free
- Skin-out Onions
- Golta and Golti (The smaller sized onions)
Following this rigorous grading, onions are segregated and meticulously packed according to precise specifications for different destinations:
- For Dubai, onions must be 55mm+ in size, packed in 18-20 kg mesh bags.
- For Sri Lanka, the requirement is 45mm+ sized onions, packed in 25kg jute bags
- Singapore demands 50mm+ sized onions, packed in 5 kg bags.
- Malaysia opts for onions packed in 20kg mesh bags.
- Domestic packaging is consistent with either 50kg mesh bags or jute bags.
Upon achieving clarity in grading, the onions are packed with utmost precision, cleanliness, and efficiency before being loaded into reefer containers (cooling containers). The final leg of this journey sees these quality-packed onions exported to Dubai from Mumbai. This standardized process is replicated for various other countries we proudly serve, ensuring the consistent delivery of premium-quality onions worldwide
